You may wonder what a vegetarian eats for Thanksgiving dinner. I might have posted about this earlier, but I had some problems with LJ and/or my Internet connection. In my case, I ate a slab of Field Roast Hazelnut Cranberry Roast. This is a loaf of wheat gluten, hazelnuts, cranberries, and other ingredients in a puff pastry shell. I ate it with roasted carrots and cranberry relish. (I had made the cranberry relish myself.) I also opened a bottle of hard cider (Orchard Gate Gold), and drank a glass of that with dinner.
